Shipping

General Information 

• Orders will be shipped twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.
• Packages are send with PostNL or DHL and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days within the Netherlands. Internationals order are usually delivered between 3-7working days.
• Shipping costs are added during checkout. Unless free shipping applies.
• We ship from The Netherlands.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are flat rates and will be calculated at checkout:

• Within NL: € 5,95
• Europe: € 9,95
• Worldwide: € 22.95

Free shipping:

• NL: Free shipping for orders above € 100,-
• EU: Free shipping for orders above € 150,-
• non-EU: Free shipping for orders above € 150,-

Order tracking:

After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Mailbox packages with low weight will be shipped without Track & Trace.

Local Delivery:

If you live close to the city of Groningen area in The Netherlands, we offer free home delivery. If your shipping address is within the eligible are you can select this option at checkout.

Non-EU Customers - Duties and Taxes

We deliver internationally to most countries. Depending on the shipping destination, you will be responsible for paying local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, this is the customers own responsibility to pay. You are not charged for these costs at the time of placing your order. Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items being shipped. We have no control over these charges and if you want to be informed about these additional costs you should contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 
Note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
